Don't forget, it's Dan Leckrone that has the "most experience" with Carl and Gloria(does this mean that he qualifies as a PTSC director?). And, who better to outsmart than a forensic accountant and a lawyer who were unable to track the "expenses" for years?

I don't know if the private jet, mistress accomodations, perks and other "expenses" were shared in order to keep certain directors happy with the licensing "results". Maybe one could inquire at the next virtual shareholder meeting.
