I agree with your statement when you are referring to the company and the actions taken by the BOD for the last four years.If this company had a real management team, the stock would not be languishing at $0.12 with pending lawsuits against the company contracted to negotiate licensing agreements.After succeeding in a couple of USPTO reexamination, PTSC seems to have stumbled into another litigation crisis that never should have occurred.The contracting and oversight of TPL should have been the priority ONE from day one, instead, the company is now trying to fix problems that would have been taken care of originally with an astute BOD.THIS “Does not compute.”!
