Wow, are you suggesting that the 20,000+ shareholders are informed? This web site represents a very small group,of investors.

As to importance, it may fall under the 8-K definition.

8-K

This is the "current report" that is used to report the occurrence of any material events or corporate changes which are of importance to investors or security holders and previously have not been reported by the registrant. It provides more current information on certain specified events than would Forms 10-Q or 10-K.

You don't think this is a material event? I think I stated that a PR was in order and did not bring up the 8-K document.

Why do you change the subject> You commented on accumulating things and I asked what kind of things. Also asked if the 3 person firm could handle more than one lawsuit.
