Especially when trying to explain, or magnify a few short phrases of a patent to a court.

What is of benefit, are the details now on the record by Gurries that explain those passages in depth....that a court will understand and not have to guess on the issues.

The defendants now have to deal with a completely different prosecution of patents.

The question now ....is entering the word " MEDIA" to claim 5 of 737 ..... a substantial change?

All we need now is a court to rule it's not..... then they can unload.

The tests of validity never seem to end...

What would you like to see....settlement prior to court ruling, .which, IMO, will surround patent rewording, or a court ruling in light of word change?
