They terminated the DM agreement...that's a material event just like when they signed us on.

Hiring Handal also required an 8-K.

Don't get me wrong OZ, I get PO'd when anything at all happens and we don't get a PR and I have expressed those views many times at the office.

I am only guessing, this little suit may be the 1st of several over the next week or two and he will put each company name into a single PR after the 1st group is identified.

If we don't get a PR by Tues/Wed that may be his plan, and I've asked the question in so many words.
