Well, it's a start.

The 737 cert was issued last Wed and this little suit was filed on Fri. Darn this law firm is slow...lol.

We are already informed PR or not.

I don't see why a PR is "required." What SEC rule is that? Only 8-K's are required within 4 business days of a material event, which this is not.

I want a PR each and every time anything happens. I don't care if it's small, medium or large news...I want PR's.

I have an email into Fred on this subject and sent it at 7:35 my time.

We'll see if he replies...
