For sure....I do not care where they are listed either, as long as they have a handle on their business and legal skills.

And as you note, they have set legal precedence in IP law that all courts dealing in these matters now follow.

IMO, we have the absolute best we could ever hope for....and you can thank management for that.

IMO, if they are successful at where we are now....they set a new standard with regard to preliminary discovery for claims construction.

IMO, the court sat on their hands for a bit regarding it, however, in the end the court ordered depositions to take place regarding the effort.

I see that as a win as well as the last order that now ALL discovery take place because of the defendants unwillingness to cooperate.

The DM team are definitely on top of things.
