I agree with you- that's why I added the highlighted statement. The only way the cross-licenses are of value is if they are transferable or the licenses allow us to co-brand a device which utilizes the tech for which we have the license. Is a co-brand even feasible? I don't know. How about "powered by EDIG / maunfactured by Samsung.
