I agree with you and you made a prvious point of mine. All these patents and $3.00 will buy you a cup of coffee.

However, validation of patents also depends on the amounts defedants will agree to pay. In particular, this true if a firm like Sammy agrees to pay. It may not convince Apple or Nokia but it will convince all other small firms that are subject to the same problem.
