I believe this is our final option available. At this point we cannot satisfy the CNSX listing and working capital required. Foley searching for funds from personal sources makes little sense. I understand he does not want to dilute any more however he has no choice. As shareholders I strongly believe we should push to have us list on the pinks.

The latest update did mention a US listing. If we can get our financials audited and in check I believe we're good to go. What are the other requirements? Our share structure is nowhere near as bad as many listed on the pinks and most dilute to pay the bills. What's preventing us from doing so? At least we can get some our money back if we start trading on the pinks.
