Not todrag this further but as a leader, CEO I do expect control of emotion (and te company) and not insult shareholders.. doing it once maybe, but I have seen it more than once. The word human ( as you s mention in your email) is also related to being human...financial crisis or not I expecta leader CEO to work under stress and not come out with conflicting news and lose control.I expect a CEO to get a grip of the situation and inform shareholders with facts, dates and directions

But I think you know where I come from .. and yes I am not a CEO so I can get personal and lose control

I can accept a bad investment if the reason is my research but I have trouble accepting a bad investment because the company puts out Unsubstantiated, misrepresented information..maybe a concept you can not grasp.

if (BIG IF) the money got transfered last week add 4 weeks for the completion of the financials and another 2 weeks for posting (sedar) and approval and we got the starting date to trade again ...

seemS we have seen this over and over, people get info (including) me from headquaters and come on here and make everybodies mouth watery ....why not update all fr$%*ing shareholders at the same time with a news release

Appearsthat we deal with companies that but basic investor relation/business practice at the same importance as our beloved wwf headquarters does. When the last update came out in August I checked Bouvrier Defont web page which said " under construction check back in April" now Bouvrier webpage reads " website is due to be released in September 2010 ...but we are in October...go figure. It takes Bouvrier Defont over 1/2 year to update their corporate webpage and we expect help from them ...hmmm

maybe the 3 or 4 people that hold 10 % of the company can make an urgent request to MF and find out if the funds have been transferred and when the financial documents are ready for sedar...after all 10 % of the company should give you insider previliges....:)
