because he is a shareholders (works with me) with very few shares. he asked for an update (email ) on trading and got a responds....basically the responds said that by the end of next week funds will be transferred to clear debt related to the audit process.....i guess i did not want to post another dead line (end of next week to transfer $) since the company can not meet any dates that management sets
