Neil Novak and the BOD want to do more drilling up on the ROF. They're interested in finding kimberlite and working with UC Resources on their parcel of land. They also have other parcels of land as in Wawa, Ontario.
A few folks attended the AGM yesterday, and I've been told that JD railroaded the meeting once again. Seen it happen before; knew it was going to happen again. He has something about drill holes that Neil should be drilling. A para-geologist talking to a geologist. Yikes! Heard this before too. JD just wants a "buy-out". Yeah, I think he might get it. How about 12 cents, JD?
Neil Novak and his BOD are really concerned that Cliffs and KWG will ask for more money as part of the Big Daddy JV. Why? do you ask? Because of "their future plans". Where will Neil and BOD get the money? Oh, they have 5 mil in their coffers, you say. That won't buy toilet paper for Cliffs toilets.
So we now have the share price at 7 cents and Neil's "privates on a platter" (so eloquently put by one of insightful investors).
Yeah, Neil has a plan. But soon he'll try to raise money, and it's unlikely anyone's going to listen. "What? You say you only have 471,000,000 shares outstanding. Mice nuts. Why not another 50,000,000 at 5 cents? That should allow you to drill five holes. Go for it Neil!"
