Snug, it has been very volatile on low volume, has it not? We will just have to wait for the news.
If anyone is interested, wrp has a very nice corporate presentation on their website, it's worth a look.

Does anyone have any ideas on what has been triggering the sp movements? I have been unable to find anything.

What is crazy, is that the ceo and bod agreed with and recommended the offer. But you are right, in the end it was the shareholders that gave in and sold their shares. But then, did they have a choice either, considering the circumstances?
But this is all history, and lets just hope that we are not faced with another situation like the ones we have had with both fwr and spq.
