I agree that would drive the price as it has in the past, but many can accumulate without impacting on price . for instance CLF may have been accumulating 500,000 shs a day for months..and while the sales were upwards of the 15mm could have been accumulating more. I believe the threshold is 10% for disclosure. At 10% you have a pretty good foothold..and can start manipulating is all I was saying.

I am hoping for the 20 to 30 mm days personally, or an arrangement such as I have previously outlined.
