straight, that's just not the case. This management is devoted (are they overmatched, maybe, but that's the "risk" part of the risk/reward). They went out of their way to hold the THM, while they may not like the idea of shareholders, they do their job.
Put it his way, are shareholders that inhabit this board more a pain in the butt than management is incompetent? While very disappointed myself, I chalk it up to the difficulty of their task, rather than to management's incompetence or some agenda of replacing retail shareholders with institutional shareholders, or being in a position to grant themselves inexpensive options, or the various other cheap shots taken at them. I believe they are working their tails off - for us, no, rather for the science and glory of it all, but we stand to be beneficiaries of all their hard work and know-how.
If I were management, I wouldn't care for many of the shareholders, either.
