"crushing retail with dilution" ? My opinion only but if the SP reaches $10.00 regardless of the number of shares outstanding, will you honestly give a rats ass about dilution? The effect of dilution while having a near term detriment on the SP may in fact have a long term benefit on the strategic growth of this company, let's not lose sight of that. And, if debt financing can be avoided I'm all for it, banks can and usual do apply handcuffs, we don't need handcuffs or banks telling management how to run the business.
