This will leave about 15 mln outstanding debentures and the portfolio which yielded an NAV of $0.20 at the end of June (which on 202 mln shares = 40.4 mln + 35 in debt = 75.4 mln total investments), would be about $55 mln if no values have changed (but we know that PTK alone is about 30% down) - they might squeek by....

Looks to be onside at the 50% test
