POET Technologies Inc.

From Feb of this year when PNP defaulted on its debt covenants, I was constantly alerting the board of the consequences that would be reflect in the share price of Poet.

All I got back was flack and labeled a basher that was shorting the stock.

I think this board need to reflect on its willingness to accept alternative opinions even though they are difficiult to accept and may have unfavourable impact on share price.

I suspect that there are a few on this board that know and took advantage of the future direction of the Share price to their advantage
