Re what Pinetree's further cash needs might be to exercise September warrants.

Here is Pinetree's last stated warrant holdings from March 31:

2,500,000 warrants expire Sep 13, 2015

1,000,000 warrants expire Sep 27, 2015

2,775,385 warrants expire Feb 12, 2016

So if Pinetree has not exercised any of these Sept warrants then they would have to come up with $1.19 million to pay for them. A relatively small overhang compared to what we have seen.
