Fully diluted is not a metric that is normally quoted. I think you understand the reason for this. Providing fully diluted market cap numbers produce valuation which has to account for the associated cash in warrants and options that may or maynot be in the money.

So did you look into the other companies that Bob is invested in when you decided to tell this forum that POET might be too overvalued for Bob?
