I am sure there will be no significant news until after the AGM and after options have been granted at this low share price.My vote is NO.

Does this mean no NR for at least two or three months?

I transferred today and was told by BMO that I cannot transfer at the low until that point.it can only be at the bid or the last trade.

As long as it trades on Canadian exchange there is no issue.BMO Investorline lets you trade in US dollars after you have converted the first time to US dollars .
