That's nowhere near the" working closely with potential partner" stage. Problem is we're all left clueless as to what is going on and this after more years of waiting than it took to complete the Manhattan Project.

And please trust me when I say that I entirely share in your hunger for more, and sooner - yet I too need to keep reminding myself that these deals aren't done overnight, particularly given the disruptive nature of the proposition, not to mention that we don't as yet have a TDK prototype (yet understanding that not everyone will require that, but many will).
Please know that by 'fanning' I'm not suggesting that they aren't already 'working closely with potential partner(s)'. I'm merely suggesting that they are not quite there yet. PC has clearly stated Q4 and into 2015 for income realization. Agreements would pre-release that timeframe. We are closing in, and to date there is no reason to believe we won't be there as all the technical milestones are on track . . . but we all know that the technology is potentially extremely disruptive and as consequence there's a lot at stake, ie - big $$$, on many, many fronts - one needs to navigate (strategically) very carefullly. In the meantime all the SP games will be played.
