Redid the calcs and it looks like market is assuming PP will be filled and all warrents exercised.

In that case NOT would have about 400M shares FD.

If no warrents were exercised ....364M FD

if all warrents exercised, NOT would receive a total of $29M in new funding.

I still don't get the sp? It seems the market is ignoring the hard cash & FT cash plus the potential exercise of the warrents? These are assets too.....liquid at that.

Still consider myself a novice so please straighten me out.
