I got this response from Alan Coutts in response to an email inquiry. I have his permission to share this. This info is really widely available ...just need to cool the rhetoric a bit about the road study just released.. me thinks...

Peter, the community led study looks at how the First Nations would like to connect to one another. This report along with Noront's feasibility work on our preferred industrial corridor and the province's internal study by Hatch will inform the decision making for a holistic plan for infrastructure by the province.
