KWG was conducting an unprecedented experiment thinking that they could use mining claims as though they were surface rights which they are not and that is why they lost in court. If you have a mining claim near Noront's claims and need to travel across Noront's claims to get to yours they cannot stop you. However if that is not the case then you are trespassing if you do not have the permission of Noront to be on their claims. Furthermore travelling across does not entitle you to snoop around.
