I forgot to mention there is a difference between a mining claim and a mining lease. The Eagle's Nest claims are leased and as such Noront has exclusive rights to them. " an exclusive right to use, enter and occupy the surface of the land for the exploration and development or production of minerals." KWG's claims where not leased and therefore they had no exclusive rights to them.
