RCF received from Noront on Sep13/15 1,387,135 shares as Interest Payment on Convertible

Loan for the third quarter. Alas, that is quite a bit more than my calculation of 2.1 Million

shares + or - 100 K. Average price was $ 0.3435 per NOT share, close to my figure of just

below 35 cents per share.
