I feel that someone is definitely trying to keep the ask level artificially low. I just put in a buy order for 10k limit 0.37 through Scotiabank with the visible bid only 500 at 36.6 and 18k at 37.0. The order was executed at an average fill price of about 0.3657, so some of them came in at 37 cents. Yet now again, a few minutes later, there is another 500 on the ask at 36.5 cents. It looks extremely likely that someone is trying to keep the ask looking as low as possible without selling into the bid.

I feel like this is a good time to buy more shares. Once the PP is filled, with the election getting closer, the upside potential seems to significantly outweigh the downside risks.

EDIT: (A couple minutes later) .... And that 500 ask just got pulled in the closing seconds.
