That is what you think, and of course you are entitled to that opinion.
However understand that some, like me, who think that it is caused by the natives and the federal government.

The Feds are just sitting with their arms folded, watching and grinning at what is going on.

Where Ontario gets the blame is that they are at least trying. It is a matter of opinion as to how effective that effort is. For trying without much results, they get much of the blame.

Sorry to correct you again. Ontario can not act as 'The Crown' in any capacity. Only the federal government can. They have replaced the crown when we repatriated our constitution, among others. The queen with her crown is now only a titular or honorary head.
