I totally agree with Richard...then and now.....

Here is the problem....

Most investors (other than Babjac) have a reasonable expectation for returns on investment .....

This usually does not mean 5-10 years off....

If you are under 40 and want to put NOT in your RRSP or TFSA you will be a big winner one day.....

But for the rest of us we need more immediate returns.....
