Some Responses:

1. My conspiracy theory says that a major or majors have spoken to Cliffs already, things are being worked out, and government approval and tax breaks or incentives are being discussed to sweeten the deal

2. Ontario is more aware now and must know that they need to do something about it or nothing will happen again for years to come.

3. Ontario government and Federal seem to have gotten onto the same page for a change where Ontario will file for financial suppost along federal terms

At the risk of sounding overly negative, these 3 responses suggest that the Ontario government has done more than lip service to the RoF? Is there some concrete evidence of this?

There is a suggestion that the Federal conservatives and the provincial liberals have made some progress toward funding for the RoF? Again is there some evidence of this?

Someone also suggested that the FN are closer to making some agreement? Really?
