Good theory. I agree that not only majors but a whole slew of opportunists must have contacted Cliffs about buying their chromite assets. Price is always a major contention but in this situation some assurances need to be given by both governments.
Electrical power was an issue for Cliffs and so it must be for any other entity stepping in. That was not easy then and so it must be a major hold back now.

Ontario is more aware now and must know that they need to do something about it or nothing will happen again for years to come.
