Sudbury, I still think they are missing 3 zeros, meaning millions of dollars because:

1. Preproduction to me means construction of mine and ramp and both are unusable for any extended time without road transportation.

2. The dollar numbers as to costs seem dead on IF they are in millions.

I interpret:
Mining = actual mine construction & equipment for processing of ore (crusher etc.).
Processing = equipment for digging and handling of ore
Site-Infrastructure = construction of ramp, i.e. underground access
In-direct = roads and clearing of terrain
Working Capital = salaries
Contingency = margin for what ever could come along

Anyone agrees or am I lost in the woods? Ed.
