My guess....and I havn't looked at the report....is it is in fact 000's...and that once they get into the actual production capital phase, then, you could add a few 0's

But for now, there is no current Financing Requirements for production as the environmental approval phase has not been completed yet

It will be a hard sell from here where capital requirements will be multiples of our current market cap. Let's hope that the environmental approval, agreements with the various FN groups, and specific commitments by the government will greatly enhance our market cap. A turnaround in the nickel/copper/PGM's markets will help as well.
