Well you drill too close to the border and then angle it a little bit in that direction and bingo....you've got stats on you neighbours property which have to be released right? Only they do the nice thing and tell NOT so they can deliver it together....but deliver it they must. :) Sorta puts some juice back into NOT when they've decided to do nothing eh? If NOT won't get off their arses and show some moxy then R.N. will and in the process protect his shares in NOT instead of allowing the stock to fall into manipulative hands only to sell into a crappy takeout offer. The aforementioned is just my creative thinking with no basis in fact.
