That's the problem in a nutshell, Khareema. If the estimates by Edgy and others are even near correct, why wouldn't CLF swoop in and soon. Their stock price has done well, giving them the perfect currency to effect a takeover.

Won't be a pretty price (for NOT shareholders), but, if CLF wants it, I doubt they can be denied.
