<Hindsight is 20/20...just maybe this is what we should have done to fight the future bully...but back then we were, in reality the "bully">
With hind sight, now or then in mho we were no bully. We were trying to arrange that type of merger. It was the Freewest BoD, and probably many FWR holders, that thought the Noront terms were insufficient. Just because one party does not want to merge does not make it hostile or a 'Bullying'. Also some third parties characterizing such as hostile does not make it so either.

Noront having been scalded by the experience may be having second thoughts on future opportunities to merge or buy out.
That is the truer reality IMHO.

ps. I picked up a few shares today at $1.25.
