Just watched the blerbs on CLiffs and Spyder on CNN, an it took me back to our hostile take-over bid for Freewest

both happened on a long weekend

both gave little time for disscusion between parties

both were low-ball bids,considering in the ground values

both were hostile bids.

The one difference was that this last one was a tri-party concern,thankfully 2 of the parties are trying to amalgamate together to fight the "ROF bully", by joining they will have 60% of the chromite deposit.

Hindsight is 20/20...just maybe this is what we should have done to fight the future bully...but back then we were, in reality the "bully"
