I am so used to calling all costs associated with mining (including concentrator and plant costs) to be called mining costs sorry about that. When I said 80-100$ mining costs I meant everything to get the ore to a smelter. I was off by a bit Noront used 115 in there NI- 43-101 which seams high but I really have no idea the extra costs assocatatied with James Bay.

I am sure most of you have already found this but I just found it now good read.
