I don't think the NOT NR is going to cause any problems. Material changes occur in their own time, according to their planning. They have stated that once the cores have been analysed there will be a release, in the mean time, anything found in the labs does not have to be submitted to/by the regulations...

The notifying of the public that no material changes have occur is just following their own rules... rules that we have mostlikely submitted to...

There is nothing to worry about.

Anyway just my opinion...
