The RCMP only needs to look to our major banks to see the organised crime kingpins. The short selling of their clients own stock via gloable certificate and your agrement to allow the shorting of your shares without compensation or notifcation.... Read your cash account agreement and you will see what I mean.

They all have pro traders that seize any oportunity in account holders stock holding buy shorting them. No need to report these short sales, because they are in house. So you don't even know the stock is short sold.... the exchange isn't aware it is short sold because it is all internal....

There are many victems in that trade.... The investor and the new buyer included.... The big banks have too much power availible using your own stock to move the prices back down.

This is Fraud, Conflict of Intrest, and a breach of trust... the only solution is a massive class action lawsuit against every bank or firm undertaking these type of transactions.... the RCMP and Rev Canada should be investigating this.
