Virtually all the JV's made last Fall were able to easily commit their Cash resources to the obtaining of the JV's. And the Boards of Directors were mostly all in very apparent good positions to supply or obtain any new cash should the first year or two of JV Exploration demonstrate adequate potential. Some of them used the negotiations to obtain their JV deals as a means to go to the Market with very decent PP's. Thus, the first round of JV Expenses would be easily covered under the terms of those PP Agreements (prospectus issued to do the PP's). And many of the Insiders of many of these JV successful's are very well healed Minerals Explorers themselves. Conclusion then and likely NOT any different now is that Noront Resources was careful to do deals with trusted and Experienced Minerals Explorers. Can't say I can say as much for SureShot and the as for now Private Company applying for a Venture Exchange listing though. Old Joe
