I'm not so sure about that, Joe. Take a look at Seafield (SFF). I wouldn't say they're loaded with cash. And I think the share price reflects that. Down almost 90% since July, and we've got a drill on that JV.

Speaking of which, and despite the drop in SFF SP, I wonder if Mungall was up on the north side of the ring, to check out core there?
