The PROBLEMS with most of the companies in the Ring of Fire, and for ALL those with JV's with Noront Resources is that they ALL have plenty of cash on hand! AND I do believe one key criteria Noront had for any seeking to do a JV with them was that they had to have a low or relatively low Shear Float as well as ready access to new Cash for two to four years down the road. Thus any mergers will NOT be due to poor financing ability for any Company associated with Noront Resources or for those desiring to have a close association with Noront Resources Old Joe
