I was just thinking the same thing when not too long ago we averaged 400,000/ day traded.

I am not a fan of Matt's creative financing....ever. The cash markets are shut down and this remains a risky venture. Deerfiel must understand they may never get to fund some of those tranches is results are good and MannKind signs a partnership deal.

There has been much made about the high financing costs on Yahoo! today. I guess those authors have never tried to get a loan to fund a risky business.
