I am not aware of final plan as a phased approach has been discussed in the past and on occassion a one step approach has been discussed. Any monies required shoul be outline in the economic study once it is completed and released with the variuos options. I have heard the company would pursue a non-dilutive approach as much as possible so this has to mean loans, debentures or future off-take agreements.
