Great post and I agree. Here's my main reasons.

1) Bondholders relentless pursuit of the now 15% + 1% per qtr. till ISCID determined.

2) Tenors DIP loan of $36 million and the recent $3 till the co. and the bondholders get this disagreement solved. Shows to me the jockying for positions still in full steam ahead.

3) Our arbitrators expert opinions on Intl. arbitration and bankruptcy and the obvious desparate pursuit of the ISCID claim

Lastly, the potential of Vz. finally allowing LC to be developed either by CITIC or some other Chinese affiliate (all the same mold) and the legends held by GRZ and CRY to where the gold and copper is. Absolutely without a doubt valuable to Vz. and China.
