There may be Market reaction in the form of a bump up/down for a few days depending on who wins the election Sunday. Both parties, despite whatever public election rhetoric, are deeply socialist. Any real change in the Ven system could take many years, if not decades.

Gotta agree with EZ. Crystallex is not even a back-burner item to Ven. Speculate that Crystallex might not even be a behind-the-stove item to the Vens. Best opportunity for some recovery in this play will likely be through ICSID. Get the popcorn poppin', sit back, wait.
