My guess with the latest update is that GRZ is being taken out by a bigger company as part of the overall deal with Venezuela. Thus the need for two announcements at different times.

I think GRZ is being bought out by a larger company that has the ability to do this deal at least as a GRZ stock holder i hope that is the case. I think this is the reason the press release is taking an usual amount of time. Or the truth of the deal does not match what pres maduro is saying.

Thus i would hope some of the 4 billion raised 2 billion investment 2 billion loan is to pay off Crystallex.
